YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試臺分為液壓系統、電氣系統、機械系統、測壓系統、水箱系統等五大系統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤(pán)、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動(dòng)油缸、試驗介質(zhì)控制管路及控制閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質(zhì)控制管路及控制閥、液壓控制系統、電氣控制系統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門(mén)強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門(mén)密封試驗（PN）的公稱(chēng)壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進(jìn)行強度性能試驗。

¤適用于小口徑閥門(mén)通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門(mén)的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤系統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質(zhì)循環(huán)貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試臺試壓介質(zhì)為水、氣，由用戶(hù)任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試臺設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理系統。

¤It’s suitable for the pressure property test of the small caliber ball valve nominal diameter: DN15/100 flange type, welding type, inter and external thread type forge steel etc.
